Featuring sound-reduction properties, BAL Single Part Fastflex is a highly flexible S2 tile adhesive and can also be utilised as isolating, anti-fracture underlay for ceramic tiles. Recommended for areas subject to limited movement and vibration, BAL Single Part Fastflex is water/frost resistant and is suitable for fixing ceramics, porcelain and vitrified tiles, mosaics, slate and certain natural stones including marble, terrazzo in dry or wet interior and exterior environments.
If you’re looking for an highly flexible S2 tile adhesive then this is the product for you. Available in 12.5kg packs, BAL Single Part Fastflex can be grouted after five hours. Please note this product is not suitable with BAL Rapid Mat/Flexbone products, and when used on walls, battons will be required. Contact TAS when recommending approved sound-reduction systems.
USE FOR:
Most types of FLOOR and WALL tiles including:
● Ceramics
● Porcelain and fully vitrified tiles

Most substrates including:
● Asphalt (suitable grade e.g. flooring)
● Concrete, cement:sand screeds and rendering
● Existing vinyl tiles, unglazed ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, terrazzo and natural stone
● Fibre reinforced cement boards and lightweight tile backer boards
● Tongued and grooved floorboards
● Underfloor heating
Other substrates that may be suitable include:
● Single layers of chip / ply, floating timber floors, Steel, Epoxy coatings and glazed tiles

Collection:
- You can select the showroom where you would like to collect your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
- Orders received by 3pm can be collected during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local showroom
- If we need to transfer some of your products from central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 3-4 days for your order to be ready for collection
- If collecting more than 10 boxes of tiles, please note that the tile boxes may be very heavy and not be suitable for transportation in a car. It is suggested you arrange for more robust transport or arrange for delivery.
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.

Delivery:
- There is a delivery charge of €60

- For insurance reaons our drivers cannot bring products into your home. Pease ensure there is suitable help on site.
- Our service is door to door, providing that your driveway or yard is suitable for a pallet truck (i.e. a solid, smooth surface).
